Effects of Temperature and Moisture Levels on Vitamin A in Total Mixed Ration Silage

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects temperature and moisture levels on vitamin A in total mixed ration (TMR) silage. TMR were adjusted 450 g/kg, 525 g/kg 600 g/kg. Each level had three replications fermented at 15 °C, 30 °C 40 respectively. sampled after 0, 7, 14, 28 56 days ensiling. fermentation quality, chemical composition content analyzed. Correlations between individual microbial silages different temperatures also analyzed separately. results showed that loss under conditions differed significantly (p < 0.05). increase led an loss, with greatest up 68.5% when storage °C.
